Tough Marshals are a name dubbed to describe veteran law enforcers of the Tropas Libre.
The Randia before, and in some extent after, Tropas Libre's dominance was a land of gunners and outlaws. Sheriffs of city-states were frequently drawn into firefights between parties which felt wronged: one suspicion of fraud was enough for bloodshed which might involve casualties outside of the two parties involved. The most experiences of these sheriffs banded together and formed a union of sorts, and was absorbed by the Tropas Libre which sought a powerful means to enforce property rights. These men, now paid well by their new employers, enforce what the Tropas Libre decrees most sacred: property rights.
